| Each stand supports the saddle in its natural configuration. It doesn't stretch or put undue pressure on the saddle at any point. The raised back strap centers the saddle on the stand and eliminates any side-to-side shifting that is common with some stands. The saddle shown in the photos (which is not included) is a 16" Big Horn with standard quarter horse bars. Made entirely from red oak, this stand is finished in golden oak. Great care is taken to blend the sections together to give a sculpted look and uncompromising fit. |

| The body of the stand is fitted and sculpted into a graceful, unbroken curve, making a natural support for the saddle. Many hours go into hand fitting and finishing the lumber to make the stand come alive. The stands are hand sanded for the final finishing and stains are applied and rubbed by hand. We finish each stand with multiple coats of Minwax® Paste Finishing Wax, applied and buffed by hand. This is the product we recommend for maintaining the luster of your stand and protecting the wood. Treat it as you would any piece of fine furniture. |

| We try to make a stand that is beautiful and graceful on its own. Rest a saddle on it and it really comes to life. These stands are intended for use inside the home or other protected environment. As with any piece of fine furniture, they are not intended for use outside where they are subjected to the elements. |

This stand, finished in walnut, complements the dark oil saddle (saddle not included) and makes it look right at home. In your home, it shows how much you value horses and your riding time. Although not visible in the photo, the underside of the stand is capped with a dust panel, eliminating the collection of airborne dust. The dust panel is stained to match the stand and finishes the underside of the stand in the same level of quality.
From any angle, the stand and saddle (saddle not included) make a dramatic statement. The curve of the legs invoke a bit of the spirit of the horse without looking like a hobby horse. The finish is buffed to a high sheen that highlights the beauty of the wood and gentle curves that give each stand its character.
