Shipping and Delivery Policy

 At Spirit Wood Designs, we not only build and finish our stands to the highest level, we also take great care in packaging and shipping.  Because the stands are built of furniture-grade materials and built to furniture standards, they are heavy and incur a higher shipping charge than lighter products.

The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges.  To determine shipping charges for your location, add the item to the shopping cart.  When you view the shopping cart, you can access the menu for shipping.  We recommend shipping via UPS Ground service, since it is the lowest rate for large, heavy objects.  If, however, you desire a faster UPS service, you may select that.  If, for some reason, you prefer to use a different shipper, please contact us at , or by phone at 910-540-0491, and we will obtain a quote for the shipping charge.  We charge you only what we are charged -- we do not add additional fees for packaging or handling.

When your stand is shipped, you will be provided a tracking number which you can use to track the location of the package and see the scheduled day of delivery.

When your package arrives, please check the carton for any damage and unpack and inspect the stand for any damage incurred during shipping.  If there is any damage, notify us immediately and retain all packaging materials for use in returning the item.
